Why do hurricanes form only in the tropics? A. There is only enough atmospheric moisture in the tropics to form hurricanes. B. The Coriolis force is only strong enough in the tropics to form hurricanes. C. Ocean water temperatures are not high enough outside of the tropics. D. Winds are not strong enough outside of the tropics.
