    Explanation:

    Lactose intolerance is a problem that occur in humans when the intestine can not produce enough lactase enzyme to digest lactose (milk sugar).

    The lactase enzymes breakdown lactose into glucose and galactose which is easily absorb into the body. The symptoms include abdominal bloating, diahorea, pain, cramps, flatulence, gas, nausea, vomiting.
