    acetylcholinesterase (AChE) is an enzyme mainly found at the neuronal synapse and at neuromuscular junctions. it is also found in cholinergic type synapses, where it finishes the synaptic transmission. it mainly breaks down the acetylcholine by hydrolyzing and other choline esters which work as neurotransmitters. acetylcholine binds to the receptor present in the postsynaptic junction (muscle).

    so, E. is the incorrect one.
