Answer: The Moon's gravity causes ocean to bulge.
Explanation:
Ocean bulge occur when the gravitational attraction between earth and the moon causes the water in the oceans which can move to be attracted towards the moon. This causes a bulge in the ocean that is closest to the moon as the earth rotates and the location of the effected water changes.
