It is type of phosphorylation in which ATP is directly formed by combing ADP with Pi. It occurs in Glycolysis and Kreb cycle. 1 3 BisPhosphoglycerate is substrate in Glycolysis and Succinyl CoA acts as substratte in Kreb cycle.
