Explanation:
The fibers, sugars and the starches that is present in vegetables, milk and products of milk, grains and fruits are carbohydrates. It is very essential one for maintaining a good health diet. There are many functions of carbohydrates such as they are responsible in providing energy.
They are responsible in providing energy to the CNS and also in preventing proteins to be utilized as source of energy. These are very important for the proper working of brain. They have effects on the memory, mood, etc. There play a very important role in breaking the fatty acids thereby preventing ketosis.
