    I believe the answer is that the sparrows have only one type of base in their cells; while robins have many types. The five different types of bases found in living things are; Uracil, Thymine, Guanine, Adenine, and Cytosine.

The order of these four letters within the nucleus of cells is different for each organism and defines the development and characteristics of each being - from eye color to whether it will be a bacterium or a person - as well as indicating whether the individual is genetically distant of other species that live on Earth.

    For this reason we can say that robins and sparrows have the same bases, but in a different order.
