    The DNA Sequence that codes for the protein, 105 nucleotides long then, If the frame mutation occurs in the 85th base it means that the at least 84 bases does not change their place. It means that 28 amino acid is required to correct the protein (84:3) = 28.

    The sequence of nucleotide in the DNA will change because of mutation occur in the gene. But in the frame the mutation have the effect of changing the amino acid in the nucleotide. amino acid determination can be complicated because it has different codons still code the amino acid.
