red blood cell and white blood cell are in the fluid of vessels. red blood cell carry oxygen to the cells while white blood cell protect our body from germs etc.

a red blood cell carries oxygen to your body and a white blood cell defends your body from bacteria
Explanation:
red blood cells only circulate inside blood vessels while white blood cells are able to get out of blood vessels and travel to connective tissues and the lymphatic system
