when the functionality capacity of a muscle over time is being reduced, then the muscle is said to be fatigued. take for instance before experiencing muscle fatigue at the beginning of exercise you feel agile and very active, but overtime you begin to discover weakness in your muscles. muscle fatigue can be as a result of exercise or health conditions.
Muscle fatigue can occur anywhere in the body. here are some causes of muscle fatigue
depression hepatisis c HIV hypothyroidism stroke pregnancy Muscle dystrophy etc.
