    From page 137 of the literature conducted by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and the American College of Sports Medicine, it was observed that out of 23 studies, 9 observed some benefits, 9 did not observed some, 2 observed variations in women and men rate of absorption while 2 didn't observe variations in women and men past 6 grams.
