    Left ventricle.

    Explanation:

Blood pressure is a type of hydrostatic pressure, the pressure exerted by the fluid on the walls of container it contains. So in the case of heart it would be the pressure exerted by the blood on walls of heart chamber and in vessels in it would be the pressure exerted on the walls of vessels.

Remember, blood flow from higher pressure to lower pressure. So for moving blood from heart to blood vessels the heart should have greater pressure than blood arteries. This higher blood pressure in heart experienced by left ventricle as it supplies the blood to body.

Left ventricle hypertrophy is a condition in which wall of left ventricle are thickened and enlarged because of higher blood pressure in arteries. This is because left ventricle have to work harder if the arteries have greater blood pressure.
