To simply put it, evolution is a natural process of organisms, as well as environments, changing over long periods of time. Evolution can be observed through two types of evolution called microevolution and macroevolution. The major difference between them however, is that microevolution contains reliable evidences while macroevolution does not and needs to be reformed.
