    -Response, is the provision that serves and gives a fast service.

    -Security. Clients should perceive that the services that are being provided lack risks.

    -Empathy, put yourself in the client's situation, to know how they feel.

    -Tangibles. Both the physical facilities and the team of the organization must be the best possible and the employees must be well presented.
