A traveler was crossing the border from Canada to the United States and with a bag of Washington State apples. The customs officer at the border would not let the traveler take the apples into the United States, despite the apples originating from the United States. Why did the customs officer refuse to allow the traveler to cross the border with the apples?

    The costume officer may have refuse to allow the traveler to croos the border with the apples, because they may have not been native from the United States.

    Explanation:

    Many agricultural fruits or vegetables from other countres, are not allow to enter the United States because they can bring pestas or disseases. This kind of apples despite being from the same country may not have been native from the United Stated.
