The celestial bodies which have one or more than one moon are planets and dwarf planets.

    Explanation:

Moons can be described natural satellites which orbit around the celestial bodies. The celestial bodies around which moons orbits can be planets or dwarf planets.

For example, there is only one moon that orbits around the planet Earth. The planet Mars is known to have two moons which orbit around it. Pluto which is the smallest of all planets, hence a dwarf planet, is known to have more than two moons.
