Somatotyping is classifying people according to a person physical physique.
Explanation:
Most people are categorized by these three types ectomorph, mesomorph, and endomorph.
What is ectomorph - ectomorph is tall, lean and having little muscle.
What is endomorph - endomorph is high in body fat, being overweight, pear shaped.
What is mesomorph - mesomorph is muscular, high metabolism, and responsive muscle cells.
