    Explanation:

    Two parents belonging to a species and having more than one varying traits are referred to as hybrids. For example -

    Let us suppose that two human beings vary in two different traits. One trait is skin color and the other trait is height.

    Let the allele for tall height be "T" and the allele for shot height be "t"

    Similarly, let the allele for fair color be "F" and the allele for dark color be "f"

    Then the genotype of a true-breeding tall and fair person A would be TTFF

    And the genotype of a true-breeding short and dark person B would be ttff

    Since both the person A and B have two different traits, therefore they can be referred to as dihybrid
