What are some similarities between Haemophilia A and Sickle cell anemia?

Hemophilia is a bleeding disorder that leads to poor clotting and continuous bleeding. Sickle Cell Disease is an inherited blood disorder that affects red blood cells. When sickle-shaped cells block small blood vessels, less blood can reach that part of the body.
