Population change can simply be described as the changes which occur in the number of people living in a specific are over a period of time. There are a number of factors which determine the change in population:
birth rate death rate migration rate
If an area has resources for better human life like good jobs, no malnutrition then more number of people will migrate to this places. As a result, the population will increase in this area. If the increase in population is not controlled then it might cause devastating effects on the area.
For maintaining a balance, the number of birth rates should be equal to the number of death rates.
If the population in an area increases more than its carrying capacity, then people will have to migrate or they will die due to shortage of resources.
