Platyhelminthes are mostly worm like creatures that are dorsoventrally flattened, bilaterally symmetrical, body having 3 layers of tissues with organs and organelles and body contains no internal cavity i. e acoelomates. The three layers of tissues include ectoderm, mesoderm and endoderm.
