temperature, water, electrolytes, cell of the body are well regulated in such a way as not to exceed the required amount or level. too much red blood cell is called polycythemia, too less red blood cell is anaemia, too much calcium in the body can lead to palpitation of the heart. temperature control is very important and easily noticed.
