    Explanation:

    Lipido A, is a lipopolysaccharide (LPS) or endotoxin. These macrophage active substances which secrete interleukins 1, producing fever, tumor necrosis factor causing necrosis and bleeding in various tissues and nitric oxide that causes arterial hypotension. They activate the coagulation cascades, mainly via the C3a pathway and upon activation the Hageman factor which is an activator of the coagulation factor leading to a state of disseminated intravascular coagulation.
