Explanation:

According to the 10% law of energy transfer only 10 percent of energy is transferred to the successive trophic level which means less energy is available of higher trophic level organisms, therefore, fewer organisms are found on higher trophic level.

So here mice are primary consumers which feed on grains and lizard is secondary consumer which feed on insects therefore according to 10% law less energy will be available to support lizards biomass than mice, therefore, mice would be greater than lizards.
