It is often argued that viruses are not living, why?

    Because they don't have all the stuff that Living organisms have, such as a reproductive system. They need a Living Host to reproduce.

    It is often argued because they don't have the same features as living things and ppl don't think they have the adaptation to grow but honestly they are alive and living they grow and spread and all that good stuff
