From what I remember, amoeba travels by altering their body's shapes to create pseudo pods. The paramecium travels differently by their little hairs.

Amoeba use pseudopodia to move. This is when the cytoplasm flows forward to form pseudopodia, then it evens back out.
Euglena move using a flagellum, which is a long whip like tail that acts like a motor. It twist in such a way as to pull the cell through the water.
Paramecium have tiny hair like structures called cilia around the outer edge of the cell that move back and forth, like oars on a boat, to propel the cell.
