Why is it important to identify the presence of fecal contamination in the enviorment?

    Fecal matter is the harbor of coliform bacteria. Coliform bacteria are found in the digestive system of warm blooded animals and come out through the fecal matter. It will contaminate the water sources and cause water born diseases like nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and stomach cramps.
