Fermentation is a process that allows any organism to survive without oxygen and fermentation is the cells main ATP producing stimulant. The study and science of formation is known as Zymology. Fermentation is a process that is most common in certain organisms like yeast, bacteria etc. Fermentation comes to human use as well for making alcohols and different types of breads.
