    Since the medication is must be used in caution with impaired renal function, the fluid weight gain must be the concern. Medication dosage must be adjust because of renal insufficiency since the medicine is excreted in urine. The symptoms are nausea, fatigue and mild temperature elevation. This symptoms should be monitored, but are associated with hepatitis.
