    The correct answer is option B

    The height of the plant depends o the gene present in the plant and secondly it depends on the environmental conditions in which the plant is grown. Though the plant is having the gene that is responsible for its tallness and the plant is not getting enough nutrition for its growth, then it will not grow tall.
