Predatory: A predator is hunting on a prey.

EXample: A lion is hunting on the deer.

Parasitic: A parasite or another organism is living inside another organism and it is either killing it or harming it for its own benefit.

Predatory kills their prey on the spot. Parastic keeps the host alive and feeds off of thier body over a long period of time, until they are too weak to stay alive.
