    Biological transmission involves the reproduction or propagation of agent or pathogens within the arthropods vectors before transmission begins. while mechanical transmission involves just transfer of pathogens/agents from an infected host, to another suspectable host directly (direct mechanical transmission) or when anthropoids transmits pathogens obtained from from a contaminated source. (indirect mechanical transmission).

    The two mechanisms represented mode of transmission of diseases.
