    Explanation:

    Yersinia pestis is a bacterial pathogen which is causing Plague. Yersinia pestis is found in animals which is transmit to humans through the fleas. Peoples get affected by the bite of fleas which have previously fed on Yersinia infected animals such as rat, mice, rabbit etc. It can be directly spread through by eating an Yersinia infected animals.

    Peoples infected with plague generally showing flu-like symptoms such as fever, chill, headache, cough, weakness etc. Usually this begins 1-7 days after exposure.
