Explanation:
There are two types of respiration i. e. aerobic and anaerobic respiration. Aerobic respiration is a type of respiration in which energy is released by the mitochondria of the cell from glucose molecules with the addition of oxygen while anaerobic respiration is a type of respiration in which energy is released from glucose molecules by the mitochondria of the cell without the use of oxygen.
