The answer is distal convoluted tubule

Thiazide is a diuretic drug that act on the early distal convoluted tubule of the nephron. It will inhibit reabsorbtion of natrium and water, so there will be more natrium and water in the urine. This will lead to increased volume of the urine. The drug will make the patient prone to hyponatremia since more natrium removed from the kidney.
