    The right answer is C.

Non-renewable energies are exhaustible source. The concept of non-renewable energy is taken into account at the human life scale, as some processes, such as carbon accumulation, took up to five hundred million years.

In general, non-renewable energy is what consumes a type of fuel (oil, coal, uranium ...)

    C. A non renewable resource is able to run out.

A non-renewable resource is NOT renewable, which means once it is used, it's gone.

Quote from National Geographic - "Non-renewable energy comes from sources that will run out or will not be replenished in our lifetimes-or even in many, many lifetimes."
