    Well it can't be D. The range is too large. You could use it as a preliminary indicator but the human body is anywhere from 34 to 41 (you have a severe fever at 41). But it is the second best answer. There is something better.

    C: A Clinical Thermometer which measures from 10 to 45 is much better.
