The question that cannot be tested is Are people who drink tea happier than people who don't drink tea?

This is not a good scientific question because it is hard to investigate happiness of someone.

Good scientific question needs to:

• Be estable-through measurements or experiments

• Provide an answer

• Lead to hypothesis.
