The correct answer is option D - surgery to remove the obstruction

Vasectomy is a surgery which is used to permanently sterile a male but in this case vasectomy will be done to remove the scar tissues from the vas deferens and then joined back.

A surgeon will make a small incision on the scrotum and then remove the scar tissues. Once the tissues are removed, the both ends of the tube will be aligned back and sewn together under a microscope.
