If an environment changes and an organism doesn't have an adaptation to the new environment, what's going to happen to that organism?

    That organism will be selected against in the environment.

    Explanation:

    Since they do not have the traits or adaptations required to survive in this new environment, they will be selected against and die by predation or starvation etc, or its genes will be unlikely to be passed on due to sexual selection.
