Explanation: Diseases occur manly due to the failure in immune system and in the functional system of body. These all systems depend on the proteins produced by the body. As immune system is dependent upon antibodies which are proteins. And proteins are manufactured on the basis of genetic material, DNA. DNA directs the synthesis of proteins. So any error in DNA leads to wrong proteins which then causes diseases.
