    C. In order for the DNA to be the same for the entire potato, it means that the nucleotide sequence and it's entirety must not be altered, which choices A, B, D violate. The actual reason why cells diffrentiate into different parts is due to different genes of the same chromosome being expressed differently in the different parts of the potato. To thrive in its survival, the potato is a collective system of different parts that depend on another, dictated by the expressions of their respective genes.
