2/3 of the cells are water so there is 2/3 of water in your body.

Cells are made of water and a mixture of molecules.
2/3 or 66.666 ... % of the cell is made of water.
The other 1/3 or 33.333 ... % is made up of a mixture of molecules, primarily being various proteins, lipids and carbohydrates.
