Each of the nucleotides in RNA is made up of a nitrogenous base, a five-carbon sugar, and a phosphate group. In the case of RNA, the five-carbon sugar is ribose, not deoxyribose.

    i think it is Ribose because RNA is made up of 3 nucleotides

    1. 5 ribose sugar

    2. phosphate molecules

    3. the 4 nitrogen bases : adenine, guanine, cytosine, and uracil
