Mary lives in a remote mountain town. The community has been approached by a nuclear power company to build a waste storage facility in an abandoned salt mine in the area. Geologists have surveyed the mine and confirmed that the rock structure is very stable, but Mary still opposes the project. What is her primary concern likely to be?
