    The right answer is True.

In cell biology, an undifferentiated cell is a stem cell capable of both generating specialized cells by cell differentiation and to maintain itself in the body by proliferation or asymmetric division.

During the first division of the stem cell, it remains undifferentiated, then, as the number of division increases, the cell chooses a differentiation pathway and becomes more and more differentiated and transforms into a specialized cell.
