    Kidneys, heart, and brain

    Explanation:

High blood pressure is caused by the narrowing of blood vessels - due to accumulation of plaque on the inside walls of the lumen of blood vessels - hence resulting in the heart pumping harder so the ideal volume of blood can be pumped to the tissues.

Kidneys rely on the right amount of blood pressure to 'sieve out' excretory substances from the blood so they can be eliminated as urine. Hypertension destroys the glomerulus that contains very thin capillaries hence damaging the ultrafiltration process

High blood pressure can dislodge a plaque from blood vessels causing it to lodge in the brain blood vessels restricting blood flow and causing a stroke.

Due to overworking of the heart in hypertensive persons, the heart develops a condition called left ventricular hypertrophy or myocardial ischemia due to narrowing of coronary artery supplying the heart.
