Given in the question that Thymine is 28 %. The adenine will also be 28 % because in a DNA duplex adenine always pair with thymine therefore both will be present 28% T and 28% A. Hence total of A-T will be 56 %. Similarly cytosine always pairs with guanine with triple bonds. In the same DNA duplex remaining 44% will be share by the G-C pair. Hence both will be present in equal ratio. Therefore Guanine will be 22% and Cytosine will also be 22%.
