Features of prokaryotes that allow them to reproduce faster than eukaryotes:

Prokaryotes have a nucleiod and eukaryotes have a nucleus: The absence of nuclear envelope leads to faster assembly of the proteins required for replication. Prokaryotes have a smaller genome than the eukaryotes: The prokaryotic genome is small in length. This reduces the time taken to completely duplicate the genome. Prokaryotes cell division is simpler than eukaryotes: Prokaryotic cell division involves duplication of all the plasmids, followed by cell division. The eukaryotic cell division involves the mitosis and cytokinesis to ensure that the ploidy is correct in the cell. Prokaryotes have a circular genome and the eukaryotes have a DNA helix: The circular genome of the porkaryotes are present as plasmids, with each plasmid having its Ori sequence. This ensures that the plasmids replicate parallely. Eukaryotes have chromosomes that need to be de-condensed to enable their replication.

The ability to reproduce faster aids the bacteria in quickly adapting to the environmental changes and to propagate their numbers.

Prokaryotes are the organism, which do not have a well defined nucleus. The genetic material of the prokaryote is open and short, which makes it is easier to replicate the DNA. Also, in the asexual reproduction, there is no need of finding a mate, which in case of sexual reproduction (occuring in most of the eukaryotes) is highly required.

Prokaryotes lack the membrane bound organelles, which further reduces the time of division by reducing the time for cytoplasmic division, as well as it reduces the energy required.

Due to the asexual reproduction, the bacteria can easily reproduce, which makes them easier to form colonies. the large number of colony invades the niche quickly, hence, reducing the chance of invasion of other organism.
