    Explanation:

    Individuals with autosomal dominant disease have a 50-50 chances that the mutated gene will be transferred to the next generation.

    Due to this there is a 50 per cent chance the offspring will be affected with the disease. The example of such disease are Huntington's disease, acho ndroplasia, neurofibromastosis, et cetera.

    The autosomal dominant disorder need to carry only one defective to gene in order for the disease to appear in the individual.
